I have been on the road most of my life. My mother was a circus clown in the 60's so we traveled quite a bit as you can imagine.
Since those times I've had a hard time staying in one place. I always wondered what was around the corner. I still feel that way.
I've met some fantastic people on the road and can't wait to get on the road again to meet even more.
I lost my partner on Good Friday this year to cancer. It happened so fast within' two months we didn't even have time to process it let alone deal. But deal I did. It's been a hard road back and only been a month, but life does go on and Laurie wouldn't want me to sit around and mourn. Her greatest pleasure was traveling, learning, and teaching. She wouldn't want me to sit around and mourn but get back out there and enjoy life to the fullest. With her honor I am doing just that.
I am re-inventing myself and going back on the road.
I gave up clowning and all that goes along with it, but now have decided to hit the road, be the free spirit I am, and just enjoy life as best I can, plus perhaps make a few $$ while doing so.
I have a website: www.fulltimervgal.com I am not a tech person so it may take me awhile to get everything going. Bare with me....
If you need a clown, juggler, face painter, and balloon artist here I am!
Live with gusto, love with passion!

Has world affairs gotten you depressed?
We all at times struggle with news on television. Especially if times are changing like our own election. We aren't sure how it will all play out and worry. This is normal. But what isn't normal is to totally allow these feelings to creep into your daily life where it interferes with your peace of mind.
Many of us suffer and struggle with these type of feelings and try not to allow it to change our lives, but sometimes it's just overwhelming. Then it's time to take action.
Once you have recognized that this is what is happening you also know you want to change it.
I recommend you scale back on the amount of time you are spending on your electronic devices. I know electronics have become a huge part of our lives now, but you are in charge of your life and can always put them down.
When was the last time you just listened to music rather than have the TV on? Think about having soothing music on to do chores or perhaps do a little carefree reading.
A favorite candle and snack.
Just taking a walk around the block. I have found this to be one of the best blessings of my life. Not only do you get to know neighbors if you have any sometimes, but it allows you to have a few moments to enjoy the birds singing, and see what is going on around you.
I want to help others find the peace of mind I have found while living in a crazy world.
I have many friends and people struggling with world affairs that have contacted me and told me they can't stop crying. I understand. But as we have been told, we have nothing to fear but fear itself.
I know it seems pollyanna to think positive, but if you can take time and write down 5 things you are grateful for at this time in your life, and write a little paragraph as to why each one is important to you, I think you will find yourself remembering better times, and why you have it pretty good after all.
I personally keep a Grateful Diary. I have a special book that I try to write in daily and put in there things I am grateful for. There have been times it's taken me a moment or two but I always find something.
I would love it if you would leave a message for me here and let me know what you are grateful for. What is it that makes you happy? Why?
We are living in the Greatest Country in the World regardless of what you may hear on the news, so we are in the best possible place on earth we can be. We don't have to always agree with all that is happening, but we are capable to changing our world with activism and getting involved.
Just know you are not alone. There are many struggling, and trying to understand what is going on along with you. Me being one. But this I know. I am going to be the best person I can possibly be. I am going to spread as much positivism as I can. We all have choices. We can be part of the problem or part of the solution.
I hope this has helped you in some way.

Visited Sunburst Community also Nojoqui Falls and The Organic Farm in Goleta
http://sunburst.org/
What a most beautiful day I had at the Sunburst Community in Lompoc.
The music was lovely as was the lovely meal after the meeting.
I always feel at peace after visiting there.
Tradition has it for me to visit the Nojoqui Falls and the Organic Farm on the way.
Today was no different.
Here is a picture of Peter who is the farmer in charge of the farm.
We have a wonderful relationship and I look forward to seeing him weekly and getting my favorite ginger drink.
Please consider an act of kindness today.
Call someone that is perhaps lonely.
Give away a smile.
Peace to you,
Sky
Are you looking for a new Community? A new beginning? Spiritual and positive? Welcome!
If you are reading this, then you are at the beginning of a new movement in Lake Havasu and even The World. Let me explain.
Have you been looking to connect with like minded people who want to live a certain kind of life full of love, peace, being positive, and one of acceptance? Looking for a Spiritual connection? Not necessarily into religion but want to have a sense of community? Have you always wanted to learn to chant to relax?
As an entertainer I am well traveled, and the one thing we all want far and wide is to be loved, accepted and feel part of a family. That we matter. There are so many churches, so many different ways to find/worship God/Spirit. The one thing I've always wanted to do is bring everyone together without rules on how to worship or how to think. Something a little different. More open, easy going, and freelance.
One thing I've learned this past year is that people do need to feel like someone is in charge of all this we call life. Someone that cares.
I care. We all care. And the one thing that is a given is we can make our own heaven on this earth. We can be the change we wish to see on this earth.
Do you believe in Karma? You reap what you sow. However you live your life is how things in your future will turn out. You are laying out the plans daily in all you do and say at this moment.
Have you been patient, or short tempered? That will all play out in how you are treated by others by how you treat those around you.
With all of this said. Do you want to be treated with respect and love? Then treat others with respect and love. Be fair and kind.
I want to create a community of people who want to be treated Christ-like and want to treat others with the same love. I have experienced this kind of life and wish to spread the love everywhere I go.
Laurie my room-mate is a Buddhist and with her chanting and meditating, she feels connected with Spirit. I've attended her meetings and enjoy them very much. I want to incorporate all of this into the peace of my life and the life of those around me. I want to bring together some of the best teachers that have helped me to help others.
I want to help teach others to have this type of life and peace. I have also learned about nutrition and balance in life. Sometimes people need help to achieve the life they are seeking. Some call on life coaches, others clergy, and yet others guru's. I am none of these things. I am an ordinary person who has been through many of life challenges and have learned to find peace and contentment with all that has been thrown my way. Having meetings to collectively bring all our knowledge together for the greater good. Pair that together with good food and we have the making of a wonderful movement.
It's not the problems you face, but how you face your problems. I have many of these lessons the hard way. Sometimes a house has to fall on me to pound in the lesson, but once it's in there, never to leave.
Being a good person and living a clean and thoughtful life really isn't that difficult. Helping others leaves you with feelings of joy and happiness I'm at a loss why more people don't do it more often.
I find when others give not only time but effort to help someone else, when your head hits the pillow at night, there is no better sleep.
Service to those less fortunate is really the key to having lasting happiness. Having a sense of family, community where people actually care without going over personal boundaries.
I plan on making this happen in Lake Havasu when Laurie and I move there the end of this month. I also want to work with others that are already there doing their part to help.
If we all work together, heaven can be reached here on earth. I've always believed that. You plant the seeds for your garden, and you are reading the first seeds I am planting in my new garden in Arizona.
I plan on having seminars on how to solar cook, use oils for not only cooking but healing. How art and music is important to help balance our lives.
Take time to disconnect from the electronics and enjoy people, food and spiritual experiences without interference in this modern world. Get involved.
Thank you for reading, and please feel free to contact me, leave a message, and join us from the beginning of a new movement of a kinder and happier America!
Peace,
Sky
